Role Overview: We are seeking a female candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a presentable personality to join our team. The selected candidate will support front office duties, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Handle front-desk responsibilities: calls, guests, and inquiries Coordinate with the sales and accounts team on daily tasks Communicate professionally with clients over phone and email Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups Maintain records, documents, and client databases Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Support management with day-to-day administrative duties Requirements:Female candidate with good spoken and written English & Hindi Presentable and confident personality Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us?
