Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and student-friendly Telecaller who can engage with prospective students, guide them through the admission process, and ensure timely submission of required documents. The role involves active follow-up, lead qualification, and close coordination with the admissions and loan teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel students who have shown interest through the Trencher.ai platform.
• Convert inquiries into applications by explaining course options, eligibility, and next steps.
• Follow up on pending student documents (academic transcripts, SOPs, passport, etc.) and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update follow-up status in the CRM/portal daily.
• Coordinate with the admission and loan processing teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Answer student queries related to university selection, application deadlines, and required documentation.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets.
• Provide feedback to improve call scripts, FAQs, and follow-up automation workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling / student counseling / BPO / lead follow-up roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi preferred; additional regional language is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or student management systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Basic understanding of study-abroad processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
