Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Pitch sales offers and promotions. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries. Resolve customer complaints or queries over the phone. Follow-Ups: Maintain records of calls and customer responses. Follow up on leads and maintain the database. Data Management: Update CRM systems with accurate information. Prepare reports on call performance. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Key Skills Required:Good verbal communication (in English and/or local languages) Active listening skills Persuasive and convincing attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Patience and customer-oriented approach Educational Qualification:Minimum: High School (10th or 12th pass) Preferred: Graduate in any stream Experience:Freshers can apply. Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service/Sales is a plus.
