Job Description

We are seeking a confident and articulate female telecaller with stock market knowledge who can manage high-value leads, HNI client calls, and student queries. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to counsel and convert interested prospects into active enrollments. Key Responsibilities Engage with HNI clients and student leads via outbound/inbound calls Understand client requirements and provide detailed information on Trading Shastra’s programs Counsel and guide students/professionals about career opportunities in stock market trading Resolve queries with clarity and professionalism Maintain and update lead records in CRM with timely follow-ups Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly conversion targets Candidate Requirements Female candidates only Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory) Basic knowledge/experience in the stock market (Options, Futures, Hedging preferred) Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred (Commerce/Finance) Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or financial education is highly desirable Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality What We Offer Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month High-performance incentives (best in the industry) Training in Options, Hedging, Arbitrage strategies Direct exposure to Himanshu Gurha (14+ years market expertise) Long-term career growth within Trading Shastra & FinXperts ecosystem How to ApplySend your CV to WhatsApp: 78386 77666 / 9717333285 Or Email: tradingshastraacademy@gmail.com
