We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in India. Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our exhibition stall fabrication services. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify potential clients, research their needs, and develop tailored sales pitches to showcase our services. 2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. 3. Conduct Sales Meetings and Presentations: Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and present our services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. 4. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction with assistance of the Manager. 5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market changes to maintain a competitive edge. 6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition stall fabrication projects. 7. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 8. Maintain Accurate Sales Records: Update CRM systems, sales reports, and other records to track sales performance and customer interactions. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the exhibition industry or a related field (e.g., exhibitions, events, marketing, or advertising). 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in CRM software. 4. Personal Qualities: - - - Results-driven and self-motivated. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
