This is a remote position.
Make outbound calls to students, institutions and job seekers.
Explain available courses, certifications and career opportunities.
Generate interest and schedule new batches.
Maintain and update student databases and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with admission teams.
Support in mobilization campaigns, events and outreach drives.
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English languages.
Confident telephone manner and persuasive skills.
Passion for education and helping students build careers.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
Prior experience in student mobilization or admissions is a plus.
