Job Description

Tamil-speaking Telecaller

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in Tamil.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide information about our products/services.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling calls.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in

    Tamil

    (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
  • Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer support will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with good Tamil communication skills are welcome.
