We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil and the ability to engage customers over phone calls. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, resolving queries, and generating leads. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers in Tamil. Handle inbound calls and provide information about our products/services. Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly. Follow communication “scripts” when handling calls. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. Requirements: Must be fluent in Tamil (speaking, reading, and writing preferred). Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred). Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer support will be an added advantage. Freshers with good Tamil communication skills are welcome.
