Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services and convert leads into sales. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information. Promote products and services over the phone in line with the company's objectives. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales. Follow up on potential leads and maintain customer engagement. Record customer details and interactions accurately in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service and support to retain existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and feedback. Required Skills: Good verbal communication in Hindi and Basic English. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Customer-focused approach and a pleasant demeanor. Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills. Additional Information: Incentives available on meeting sales targets. Training and support will be provided. Working hours: [10:30 AM to 6:30 PM]
