Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calling, promoting our services, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and utilize software tools like Salesforce to track interactions.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in Salesforce or other designated software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in Hindi.
• Note- Only girls can be apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
