Job Title: Telecaller – Work From Home Company: Swiggy Location: Remote (Pan India) Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Work From Home) Experience: 0–2 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives Job Overview:Swiggy is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our remote support team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and partners, promoting services, and handling inquiries or follow-ups—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers, delivery partners, or restaurants as per assigned tasks Provide accurate information about Swiggy services, offers, or updates Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and clarity Maintain records of calls and update the CRM database Meet daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals Follow communication scripts and adhere to Swiggy’s guidelines Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional language is a plus) Basic computer and smartphone knowledge Quiet and professional work environment at home Prior telecalling/BPO experience preferred but not mandatory Work Hours:Flexible shifts (Part-time/Full-time options) 6 Days Working (Sunday or weekday off based on roster) Benefits:Work from home with flexible timings Fixed salary + attractive incentives Training and support provided by Swiggy Performance-based bonuses Opportunity for career growth within Swiggy’s customer support team
