Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Fluent in English) Employment Type: Full-time Make outbound calls to passengers to collect ratings and reviews. Address passenger queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Encourage and motivate passengers to provide feedback and ratings. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including contact details and call notes. Follow up with leads, prospects, and passengers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement. Build and maintain a positive relationship with passengers to enhance brand reputation. Send messages on WhatsApp when required to engage or follow up with customers. Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a polite, positive, and professional attitude. Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively, providing timely and suitable solutions. Manage a high call volume — typically 150–200 calls per day.
