Telecaller

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telecaller to join TWC The Wisdom Club. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, resolving queries, generating and managing leads, and ensuring follow-up to convert leads into sales. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and clearly explain the services offered by TWC.
• Address and resolve any customer queries related to our services.
• Maintain and update a database of potential customers for ongoing outreach.
• Persuade customers to visit the centre to facilitate service conversion.
• Meet and interact with visitors, explaining services in detail.
• Follow up regularly with customers to close sales leads.
• Generate additional leads from existing customers through referrals.
• Collect feedback from customers to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in outbound sales or telecalling, preferably dealing with international clients.
• Strong target-oriented mindset with consistent track record.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability in work.
• Excellent persuasion and convincing skills.
• Preferably a science graduate.
