Job Description:
Seclob Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in the sales and customer support industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Explain products or services effectively and handle customer queries
• Maintain proper documentation and call records
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance

Qualifications:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
• Computer literacy and basic MS Office knowledge preferred
• Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory – freshers are encouraged to apply
