Job Description:

A Telecaller / Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining company products and services, and converting leads into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build strong client relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Explain company products and services in a clear, professional manner.
• Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
• Maintain and update the sales database with client information and call details.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales team and report progress to the Sales Manager.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Level:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Business Development.

Specific Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Tamil, English and oher regional languages is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
