Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling incoming inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the customer base and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up on previous interactions and keep customers engaged. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Record all calls and conversations accurately in the CRM system. Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
