Telecaller

Location: Red Rooster Performance Office, Bangalore (Budigere Cross) Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives Experience: 0–2 years (Candidates from the automotive field preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Red Rooster Performance. The role involves calling leads, customers, and dealers, explaining our performance exhaust products, handling queries, and assisting with follow-ups and conversions. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a basic understanding of automotive components (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, and leads

• Explain RRP performance exhausts and offerings clearly and confidently

• Convert inquiries into sales or dealer walk-ins where applicable

• Maintain a database of all calls and update lead status regularly

• Follow up with interested customers and provide detailed product support

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for smooth customer handovers

• Handle basic WhatsApp and email inquiries when needed

Maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude on calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any graduate

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam is a bonus)

• Ability to explain technical products in a simple manner

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software)

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is an advantage

• Passion or interest in motorcycles/automotive field is highly preferred
