Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining property offerings, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer follow-ups to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding real estate projects.
• Explain property details, pricing, and benefits to customers in a convincing manner.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and lead generation goals.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide prompt assistance.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling/inside sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
• Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Strong target-oriented mindset.
