Job Description

Rare Property, a growing real estate company in Bhubaneswar, is hiring for the position of Telecaller (Female Preferred). The work timing is from 10 AM to 6 PM, with a salary range of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 based on experience, along with handsome incentives for every successful site visit or deal closed. The ideal candidate should be minimum 12th pass, have good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English, and must be comfortable using a laptop or desktop. The primary responsibility will be to speak with incoming leads, explain project details, and convert them into site visits. In addition, the candidate will be involved in other calling-related tasks, so flexibility and a growth-oriented mindset are important. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, adaptable, and eager to grow within the real estate industry.
