Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services
Explain service offerings clearly and confidently over the phone
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain a database of customer contacts and update call records regularly
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Handle basic client queries and redirect complex ones to relevant teams
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and polite telephone manners
Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at multitasking
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
