Telecaller - Personal Loan Sales in Titwala, Dombivili, Ulhasnagar, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Dombivli, Kalyan, Badlapur, Mira Bhayandar, Ambernath

We are hiring for a personal loan calling role where you will contact customers who have already applied for a personal loan. Your main responsibility will be to speak with these leads, guide them through the loan process, and collect the required documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Call live leads (customers who have applied for a personal loan).
• Explain loan details, benefits, and eligibility in a simple and convincing manner.
• Identify interested customers and follow up to convert them into qualified leads.
• Encourage customers to continue with the loan process and collect their documents.
• Check and verify customer information and ensure documents are accurate.
• Share complete documents with the backend team for further processing.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up records.
• Build positive communication with customers and help them complete the loan process smoothly.
