                                Outbound Telecaller – Pre-Sales (Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication)

About the Company
We are, 4SHO Concepts (Legal name : Adventity Marketing Services LLP (www.4shoconcepts.com) - a leading Exhibition Stall Design and Fabrication company, providing end-to-end creative and build services for national and international exhibitions. Our clients include brands from FMCG, Pharma, Food, Technology, and Industrial sectors.
We are now looking for an experienced Outbound Telecaller (Pre-Sales) to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will proactively reach out to potential exhibitors, identify key decision makers, and generate qualified leads for our design and fabrication team.
Role Summary
This is a pre-sales outbound calling role. The primary responsibility is to initiate contact with potential clients, identify the right decision makers, and collect stall design or fabrication briefs. The sales conversion and closing will be handled by senior team members.
If you are comfortable with cold calling, can build rapport quickly, and can identify opportunities through conversation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients participating in upcoming exhibitions and trade fairs.
Engage prospects in a professional and confident manner.
Lead Qualification:
Identify the right decision makers (marketing heads, procurement managers, event coordinators, etc.).
Gather accurate details about the company’s exhibition participation and stall requirements.
Information Gathering:
Record details of exhibition name, venue, dates, company size, and type of booth required.
Understand basic client requirements (stall area, design theme, previous participation, etc.).
Coordination & Handover:
Pass qualified leads and detailed briefs to the senior business development team for follow-up and proposal submission.
Maintain structured call and lead logs in CRM or Excel tracker.
Communication:
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Represent the company’s brand positively on every call.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound telecalling / lead generation / inside sales / pre-sales.
Cold Calling Experience: Must have prior experience in cold calling and lead qualification. Candidates without prior cold calling exposure are not suitable for this role.
Industry Background (Preferred):
Event / exhibition / advertising / marketing agency
Real estate / interiors / fabrication / printing / design services
B2B product or service sales experience is an added advantage.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Work Environment: Comfortable working independently in a remote (work-from-home) setting with proper internet and call setup.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay persistent
Work Details
Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home
Timing: Full-time (8 hours, 5 days a week) — flexible hours can be offered for the right candidate
