***Fluent English Required.. Job Summary:- We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive International Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with international clients, presenting real estate projects, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive overseas property sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to international clients and investors regarding real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries from overseas prospects and convert them into qualified leads. Present project details, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently over calls, video meetings, and emails. Maintain follow-up communication with interested clients to ensure closure. Update and manage customer databases (CRM) with accurate call details and feedback. Coordinate with the on-site and sales teams for client visits, documentation, and deal closures. Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to suggest suitable properties. Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets within timelines. Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships. Late night calls attaining of clients.
