We are looking to fill in the role of tele-callers to join our team. Your role will be to call our cold-leads, give them information about our programs and sell our workshops to them. Performance will be measured against conversions of leads into seats in the workshop. Your work will involve calling cold-leads, providing information, managing appointments, connecting with clients, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication. This is not a routine 9 to 5 job. We will expect you to be proactive to tackle work challenges creatively. After the initial handholding, you should be ready to fly by yourself. Your natural ability to engage with others is vital, as it fosters connection and trust in our coaching and counseling efforts. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and essential computer skills. Outgoing personality with a natural flair to communicate, call, interact with new people, managing international ascents, will be a definite plus.
