Job Summary:

result-driven Meta & Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Meta & Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    for

    international markets

  • Create and manage

    lead generation campaigns

    (Forms, Landing Pages, WhatsApp leads)
  • Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
  • Monitor daily ad performance, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
  • A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages

International Lead Generation

  • Generate and qualify

    out-of-country / overseas leads

  • Target global markets (USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Singapore, etc.)
  • Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-ups and quality improvement
  • Maintain lead data, reports, and campaign insights

Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid)

  • Manage all social media platforms:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Twitter (X)
    • YouTube (optional)
  • Create content calendars, posts, reels, and stories
  • Increase brand awareness, engagement, and inquiries
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work with designers and copywriters to create:
    • Ad creatives
    • Banners
    • Videos
    • Lead magnets
  • Write compelling ad copies and captions for international audiences

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    Meta Ads & international lead generation

  • Strong understanding of global audience targeting
  • Knowledge of CPL, CPA, ROI, funnel strategy
  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools (preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Email marketing / WhatsApp marketing
  • Real estate or international sales funnel experience
