This is a full-time TeleSales / Digital Banking role where you will work on the outbound sales process of a leading private sector bank. You will talk to customers over phone, explain banking products, generate leads and close sales, while working in a fixed day shift with Sunday off. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers from the provided database Explain banking products in simple, clear language Generate interest, handle basic queries and convert to sales Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls and conversions Maintain data and update call outcomes in the system Follow call scripts, quality guidelines and compliance rules
