Job Description (JD) for a Telecalling Executive – Fundraising role for The Akshaya Patra Foundation: Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Fundraising Location: Bangalore Department: TM Reporting To: Team Leader – Fundraising Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview:The Telecalling Executive will play a vital role in connecting with potential individual donors, sharing the impact of Akshaya Patra's mid-day meal program, and inspiring them to support our cause. This role is critical for building donor relationships through outbound calls and ensuring continuous donor engagement. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to individuals from existing leads and potential databases. Clearly explain the Foundation’s mission and seek contributions. Convince individuals to support the program through recurring or one-time donations. Maintain records of conversations and donor commitments in CRM/database. Follow up with interested leads and build lasting donor relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets. Participate in training sessions and fundraising campaigns. Candidate Profile:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, or outbound sales (preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Empathetic, persuasive, and confident personality. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
