Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleCaller, located in Indore. The TeleCaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our fertility treatments and services. Additionally, the TeleCaller will support our team by maintaining client records, handling follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service with each interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in managing outbound and inbound calls
• Ability to handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
