Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to manage inbound calls from prospective patients and convert them into appointments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polite and persuasive manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly. A performance-based commission structure is included to reward successful conversions. Key Responsibilities: Attend all inbound calls professionally and promptly. Understand the caller’s concerns and provide relevant information about our services. Persuasively convert inquiries into confirmed appointments . Maintain a record of all calls and follow-up actions. Coordinate with front desk/reception for appointment scheduling. Report daily conversions and missed leads to the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate . Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred. Strong verbal communication in [Marathi, Hindi, English – customize as needed]. Good listening skills and a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of using phones, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.
