Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Follow-up & FeedbackMake daily PSF (Post Service Follow-Up) calls to all customers who have availed service. Record customer satisfaction levels regarding service quality, delivery time, staff behavior, and vehicle performance. Escalate unresolved complaints or dissatisfaction to the Service Manager immediately. Build a positive relationship with customers by addressing their concerns professionally. Ensure customers feel valued and heard. Encourage repeat service bookings and promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranties, and service packages. Update customer feedback in system/software Maintain records of calls made, issues reported, and resolution status. Prepare daily and weekly reports on PSF scores and customer trends. Inform customers about new offers, service reminders, insurance renewals, and periodic maintenance schedules. Generate leads for accessories, insurance renewal, or vehicle exchange (if applicable).
