Job Description


Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients facing property-related legal issues.
  • Explaining our legal consultancy services related to Builder-Buyer Disputes.
  • Understanding client problems and collecting basic case details.
  • Coordinating with the legal team for appointment scheduling.
  • Maintaining daily call records, follow-ups, and client database.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Providing timely updates and reminders to clients.
  • Meeting daily/weekly calling targets and reporting to the manager.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • Polite, confident, and convincing personality.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate and legal terms (training will be provided).
  • Client handling and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, WhatsApp communication).


Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, real estate, or legal firms preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
