The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.   Key Responsibilities: ·      Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales. ·      Follow up with existing leads and convert them into customers ·      Explain company products/services and address customer questions or concerns. ·      Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM software. ·      Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. ·      Handle inbound calls, provide information, and resolve basic queries. ·      Gather customer feedback and share with the team for improvement. ·      Transfer complex inquiries to the appropriate department. ·      Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
