Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Interior Design team. The role involves client communication, lead follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team to support ongoing and new interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Make follow-up calls to potential and existing clients regarding design inquiries and quotations.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication.
Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and project discussions.
Maintain accurate client data and update follow-up details in the system.
Handle all client calls politely and professionally.
Meet daily and weekly call and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional telephone etiquette and client-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Languages Known: English, Tamil, and Hindi (Mandatory); Telugu is an added advantage.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Training in customer service or communication will be an added benefit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
