As a Telecaller at Ladyfair, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our range of services and products. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce Ladyfair's products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and general assistance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or promotions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in [Specify Languages, if applicable]. Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport.
