Job Description

JSR Group Suncity is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Sales team at our Kothapet branch. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for promoting our real estate projects, understanding client needs, and setting up appointments for the field sales team. Key Responsibilities:· Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company. · Explain project details of JSR Suncity including plot locations, pricing, and benefits. · Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects. · Fix appointments for site visits and coordinate with field sales executives. · Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel. · Handle basic incoming enquiries from prospects. · Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Candidate Profile : Education: Intermediate / Degree preferred. Experience: 0–2 years (Real estate experience is an added advantage). Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
