Job Summary:

We are seeking a polite, patient, and customer-oriented female telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or requests promptly.
  • Record call details and update customer data in the system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and achieve satisfaction goals.
  • Follow company communication and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Pleasant voice and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
