About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Call students and explain details about our programming and job-oriented courses. 2. Counsel students on career opportunities and suggest the right courses based on their interests. 3. Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. 4. Schedule appointments for students to visit the institute or attend online counseling sessions. 5. Maintain a database of leads and track their status in CRM. 6. Achieve monthly enrollment targets through effective communication and persuasion. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred). 3. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus. 4. Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented approach. 5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.). 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
