Role Overview:

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining course offerings, and encouraging walk-ins for counseling sessions. The role demands strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from our leads database
• Explain our training courses and career opportunities in aviation and hospitality
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins and assist with admissions
• Follow up regularly and maintain proper call logs using CRM tools
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Key Requirements:

• Good communication in

  English & Hindi

  (regional language is a plus)
• Confident, polite phone manner with a persuasive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Graduates preferred; freshers with good communication skills are welcome
