Job Title: Tele Caller Reports to: Team Lead/Manager Location: [pitampura] Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet sales targets.clearly provinding information about Ayurvedic products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and generating leads. 2. Follow-up with Leads: Follow up with leads, addressing queries, and converting them into sales. 3. Meet Sales Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth. 4. Maintain Customer Database: Update customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 5. Handle Customer Queries: Handle customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements: 1. Education: Minimum 12th pass. 2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. 4. Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local languages. Salary and Benefits: 1. Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. 2. Incentives: Attractive incentives and bonuses for meeting sales target.
