This is a temporary on-site role for a Telecaller located in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound queries, following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and providing detailed information about products and services. Telecallers will also be tasked with achieving call targets, updating records of customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience and understanding of call center dynamics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
