Telecaller – IT Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller (IT Sales) to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our software products (ERP, White Label Apps, Software, etc.), and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT products & services.
• Generate leads and maintain a proper follow-up system.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Schedule demos or connect leads with the business development team.
• Maintain call records, CRM updates, and daily reporting.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil required, Hindi optional).
• Basic understanding of IT/software concepts (training provided).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Qualification

• Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, MBA, etc.)
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Telecalling / IT Sales / Inside Sales are welcome.

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience and performance)
• Incentives based on lead conversions
