Telecaller – IT Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our growing IT Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our IT services, and generating sales leads. If you enjoy talking to people and have a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads
• Explain company products and IT services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into sales
• Maintain call records, customer details, and feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of sales or IT services (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
