Telecalling Intern

Key Responsibilities:-

Make
outbound calls
to workers and contractors.
Explain
Digital Labour Chowk
services and guide them on app usage.
Handle
inbound queries
politely and clearly.
Maintain call records using
CRM and Google Sheets

Follow up with users when needed.
Provide basic customer support and help users complete registration.
