Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads interested in travel and tour packages. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable travel options. Build strong relationships and establish trust with potential clients. Send tour details, itineraries, and pricing via WhatsApp, email, or call. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow up consistently with leads until closure. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Share daily/weekly sales reports with the team lead. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (travel/tourism background preferred). Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools). A positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-player mindset. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Tele Sales.
