We are hiring a professional and confident Inbound Telecaller (Female) to manage incoming calls from customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, well-spoken, and capable of representing the company professionally over the phone. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls politely and efficiently. Understand and respond to customer queries regarding services or offerings. Record customer information accurately in the system. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary. Follow company communication scripts and guidelines. Update and maintain call records and daily reports. Requirements Only female candidates may apply. Excellent spoken English is mandatory (Hindi fluency also required). Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or telecalling preferred. Confident, clear communication skills with a friendly tone. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, data entry). Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Professional attitude and a customer-first approach.
