Job Description: Telecaller (Inbound & Outbound Sales)We are looking for a high-energy Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers and responding to incoming inquiries. Your goal is to build interest, explain our services, and close sales or book appointments. Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services. Inbound Response: Answer incoming calls from interested leads, providing them with clear information and answering their questions. Lead Management: Qualify leads to see if they are a good fit for our business and follow up with them regularly. Data Entry: Maintain an accurate record of all calls, customer feedback, and sales status in our database/CRM. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions. Customer Relationship: Build rapport with customers quickly and handle objections professionally and persuasively. Whatsapp marketing at least 1-2 hours a day. Required Skills & QualificationsFeatureRequirementLanguagesMust be proficient in: English, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.Language AbilityCandidates must be able to communicate clearly in all four languages (Fluent or Conversational/Basic proficiency).CommunicationAbility to switch between languages based on the customer's preference to ensure comfort and trust.Experience0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.PersistenceHigh resilience and a positive attitude when handling customer objections.Technical SkillsBasic computer literacy and experience with CRM or lead-tracking software.Export to Sheets Understanding the Multilingual Sales ApproachIn a diverse market, using the customer's preferred language significantly increases the "Trust Factor."
