Job Description

Location: Vytilla
Salary: ₹15,850 CTC
In-hand Salary: ₹12,500

Qualification: B.Com graduates preferred
Experience: Freshers / Entry-level

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at Vytilla. This role is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their career in customer communication and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Follow up with leads and maintain customer details
Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner
Maintain call records and basic reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
