Job Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to doctors, HCPs, and customers as per project needs
2. Clearly explain services or products to potential clients
3. Maintain accurate call logs and update records
4. Meet daily/weekly calling targets
5. Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
