Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced – Customer Follow-Up) Location: [Dwarka] Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Experience) Company Overview: We are a growing company dedicated to delivering excellent service and support to our valued customers. To strengthen our communication and after-sales support, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Follow up with company customers regarding their queries, feedback, and service updates. Maintain a record of calls, feedback, and follow-up status. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department if needed. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers. Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets set by the company. Collaborate with internal teams for better service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role. Strong communication skills in [Insert Required Languages – e.g., Hindi, English, etc.]. Ability to handle calls professionally and calmly. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records and CRM systems. Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills. Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 (depending on experience and performance). Performance-based incentives (if applicable).
