Telecaller

A telecaller job involves making and/or taking phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, conduct surveys, or provide customer support. Key responsibilities include explaining benefits, handling inquiries and complaints, maintaining call logs, and achieving sales targets, while essential skills are excellent communication, persuasion, patience, and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Promote Products/Services:Inform potential and existing customers about the features and benefits of a company's offerings.
• Generate Leads:Identify and qualify prospects, converting them into potential customers for the sales team.
• Handle Inbound Calls:Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints over the phone.
• Maintain Records:Keep accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in a database, and document call details.
• Follow Up:Conduct follow-up calls with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive further sales or engagement.
• Meet Targets:Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and other performance goals.
• Conduct Surveys:Gather information from the market or customers to understand needs and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
